RolandsGear/MewithWolfgang.jpg

My newest guitar as of June 2010. A 2009 EVH Wolfgang in Antique White.
It plays like butter! The best built and most comfortable guitar I've ever own.

RolandsGear/MeandCharvelEVH.jpg

My Charvel EVH Art Series electric guitar. The Eddie Van Halen vibe!
I use this on the Van Halen songs at our gigs along with my Peavey
5150 half stack amplifier. Tone Monsters!

RolandsGear/Rolands_Collection.jpg

My Mark Farner signed Musicraft Messenger with built-in Fuzz unit.
This baby has the early Grand Funk Railroad sound that Mark Farner
had back in early 1969 to 1971. I love the sound of this thing!

RolandsGear/MyPeaveyWolfgang.jpg

I bought this Peavey Wolfgang for $450.00. I have since modified it for improvement
reasons...like a better sounding floyd rose trem for sustain and a custom wound bridge
pickup from Guitar Force Pickups. It's fabricated like Eddie's Frankenstein humbucker and
it sounds closer to his old tone compared to the ceramic magnets that are in the Peavey
Wolfgang guitars. Eddie's original pickup that he customized was a old '55 Gibson PAF
with alnico II magnets and roughly a low output around DCR 9K ohm. This axe Screams!
This guitar used to be my main guitar. Now that I have the new EVH Wolfgang made by
the Fender Custom Shop, my Peavey has become my back-up guitar.

RolandsGear/VelenoGuitar-2.jpg

My Prized Baby. An all aluminum, chromed electric guitar.
A Veleno Original model, named after guitar builder John Veleno.
This was made for me in 2006 by John himself, serial no. 207.
I first saw Mark Farner of GFR playing one of these in Omaha, NE
1974 Shinin' On tour. I had to find out what that guitar was and
then I had to have one. Lucky me!

RolandsGear/MyMicro-FretsSignature.jpg

My 1970 Micro-Frets Signature electric guitar. Another Mark Farner
model guitar he used to play in 1972. A unique feature on this guitar
that was ahead of it's time. A compensating adjustable nut with rollers.

RolandsGear/L5-S-2.jpg

Another prized Baby! 1977 Gibson L5-S electric guitar. This is the last of
Mark Farner model guitars I aquired a few years back. I love this guitar,
too. Heck, I love them all!

RolandsGear/51502HalfStack.jpg

My choice of weapon for Sound and Tone. A Peavey 5150 II head and
4x12 speaker enclosure. This thing just drips with ass-kicking tone. I
absolutely love this amp. I can imagine how the new 5150 III
sounds like. Who knows, maybe some day!?!

And of course, It wouldn't be Rock & Roll without my
2003 Harley-Davidson Softtail Deuce with the 100 Year
Anniversary stripping and 3D badge on the gas tank.
